With every customer order, the Open Medicines team diligently ensures the safe and impeccable handling of medicines and products. We are committed to processing the correct medications in strict accordance with the order and prescription. As a precautionary measure, we highly recommend inspecting items at the time of delivery to guarantee satisfaction and accuracy.

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to guarantee that the things you order are delivered in compliance with your requirements. However, if you receive an incomplete order, expired product, damaged product, incorrect product, or doctor changes the prescription, please notify User Support immediately within 7 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Open Medicine will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 days of receipt. Non-refundable products cannot be returned by the user; it is the user's responsibility to determine before placing an order whether the product falls under the returnable or non-returnable category.

Items are eligible for a return exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • Products are delivered more than 48 hours after the expected delivery date that the customer was given when the order was placed.
  • The delivered product(s) do not match the order, including products that are different from what the customer ordered.
  • Received damaged/non-functional product
  • Products different from their description on the product page.
  • Unused product(s), medication(s), or bottle(s). Opened medicine strip(s)/bottle(s) are not eligible for returns.
  • The damages/defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
